Road Scholar Active Outdoor Programs In NW Oregon

Road Scholar Programs (for 21 year olds and older, great outings for you and friends visiting from out of town).

NW Discoveries has been contracted by Road Scholar to coordinate several active hiking programs. Road Scholar is a non-profit organization committed to being the prominent provider of high quality, affordable, educational, opportunities for older adults.

The following programs are Sunday through Friday; hikes range 3-8 miles with rests.

Oregon River Experiences Hiking Trips

Oregon River Experiences offers hiking trips along the Wild & Scenic Rogue River in Southern Oregon.  These trips use rafts to carry all your gear, allowing you to carry a day pack enjoying the sweeping views of the river and the hidden side creeks along the trail.  Visit our partner O.R.E. for more info.
